A one-year life skills program designed for individuals aged 12–30 with Autism, ADHD, Slow Learning and Learning Disabilities. ICE focuses on developing practical independence, confidence, communication, digital abilities and workplace readiness through guided learning, practice and real-life application.

Confidence comes from practicing real situations in a supportive environment. ICE gives learners opportunities to communicate, make enquiries, handle everyday interactions, express themselves and work through different social situations.
Preparing for the world of work.
Employability is about more than knowing a task. ICE develops workplace-oriented habits, communication, digital skills, planning and professional behaviour that can help learners approach future work environments with greater readiness.
Intensive Internship & Real-World Exposure
At Learning Aspiration, we believe that meaningful learning happens not only inside a classroom or therapy room, but also through real-life experiences, responsibilities and challenges.
Our Intensive Internship Programme is designed to help students develop confidence, independence, social skills, work habits and employability skills through appropriate workplace exposure.
Students get opportunities to experience professional environments, understand workplace expectations, interact with people, perform meaningful tasks and experience real working situations with appropriate guidance and support from our team.

Use Google Maps, digital navigation and a digital wallet to plan and manage a journey such as travelling by metro or bus.
Prepare a Meal
Follow a guided recipe or video to prepare a simple breakfast while learning to organise ingredients and complete each step.
Handle Everyday Situations
Practice situations such as shopping, making enquiries, visiting a doctor or asking someone for help.
Practice for Work
Use AI-based simulations to practice interviews, communication, public speaking and professional interactions.
