A one-year life skills program designed for individuals aged 12–30 with Autism, ADHD, Slow Learning and Learning Disabilities. ICE focuses on developing practical independence, confidence, communication, digital abilities and workplace readiness through guided learning, practice and real-life application.
Independence grows through practical skills that can be used every day. ICE helps learners practice managing time, money, travel, personal responsibilities, technology and everyday tasks with increasing confidence.
Confidence comes from practicing real situations in a supportive environment. ICE gives learners opportunities to communicate, make enquiries, handle everyday interactions, express themselves and work through different social situations.
Employability is about more than knowing a task. ICE develops workplace-oriented habits, communication, digital skills, planning and professional behaviour that can help learners approach future work environments with greater readiness.
At Learning Aspiration, we believe that meaningful learning happens not only inside a classroom or therapy room, but also through real-life experiences, responsibilities and challenges.
Our Intensive Internship Programme is designed to help students develop confidence, independence, social skills, work habits and employability skills through appropriate workplace exposure.
Students get opportunities to experience professional environments, understand workplace expectations, interact with people, perform meaningful tasks and experience real working situations with appropriate guidance and support from our team.
Through collaborations and tie-ups with organisations and businesses, students can experience a variety of workplace environments, including:
And many more organisations and businesses, depending on the opportunities available and the student's individual readiness.
The programme focuses on practical skills that support future independence and participation in the workplace.
The objective is not simply to give students a certificate. Each internship experience should help a student discover their abilities, overcome hesitation, develop confidence and understand their own potential.
At Learning Aspiration, we are working towards preparing our students not only to learn, but to participate, contribute, work and become increasingly independent.
Because education should prepare a child not just for examinations, but for LIFE.
Empowering Every Child to Learn, Work, Grow & Aspire.
ICE uses technology and AI as practical learning tools for everyday life — helping learners practice how to travel, shop, cook, inquire, communicate, learn, entertain themselves and solve daily challenges more independently and confidently.
Everyday digital tools that support communication, learning, navigation, organisation, shopping and daily decision-making.
More advanced digital skills for communication, safety, planning, problem solving, self-management and real-world decision-making.
The goal is to take skills beyond a classroom setting and practice how they can be used in everyday situations.
Use Google Maps, digital navigation and a digital wallet to plan and manage a journey such as travelling by metro or bus.
Follow a guided recipe or video to prepare a simple breakfast while learning to organise ingredients and complete each step.
Practice situations such as shopping, making enquiries, visiting a doctor or asking someone for help.
Use AI-based simulations to practice interviews, communication, public speaking and professional interactions.
Across the one-year program, learners are guided through practical skills, given opportunities to practice them and encouraged to apply them in meaningful real-world situations.
Learn new life, communication, digital and workplace-oriented skills with guidance from educators and therapists.
Repeat skills through role plays, simulations, digital tools and structured everyday activities.
Apply learning to practical situations while developing greater independence, confidence and readiness for everyday life.
